Veteran TV news correspondent Ike Pappas died Sunday of congestive heart failure, the New York Times reports. Pappas reported on the Vietnam War, the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the death of Lee Harvey Oswald. Pappas worked for CBS for 25 years and also opened his own production company, the newspaper says.
