The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has confirmed this year’s Daytime Emmys will air on The CW later this summer, Daily Variety reports. This marks the first time in 36 years that the ceremony will not air on one of the Big Three broadcast networks, the trade publication says. The awards will be presented at the Orpheum Theater in downtown Los Angeles, the paper notes.
