Oprah Winfrey’s charity, the Angel Network, will shut down as its founder’s talk show closes out its final season on broadcast television, the Associated Press reports.

The charity stopped accepting donations this week and announced on its Website that it would dissolve as soon as it gives away its last funds.

The Angel Network was created in 1998 when Winfrey’s viewers donated money, and over the years it attracted more than 150,000 donors who contributed more than $80 million. Its benefactors included Gulf Coast communities, which received funds to help rebuild after Hurricane Katrina.
