Ooooo, Now That’s Punishment: ‘Indefinite’ Suspension of MSNBC’s Olbermann Turns out To Be Just a Couple of Days

Keith Olbermann, the MSNBC host who was suspended "indefinitely" last week for donating to Democrat candidates, will return to the air on Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010,  reports the Hollywood Reporter’s The Live Feed blog.

MSNBC President Phil Griffin said in a statement that, "After several days of deliberation and discussion, I have determined that suspending Keith through and including Monday night’s program is an appropriate punishment for his violation of our policy."

The network’s decision to suspend the host created some incredulity among media pundits for punishing a partisan pundit for donating to a political party, the article notes.
