A new showrunner will take over for Walon Green for the remaining run of USA’s "Law & Order: Criminal Intent," reports Deadline.com.

The Dick Wolf show has eight episodes left before ending its run, and Chris Brancato will run those episodes.

The original stars of the series, Vincent D’Onofrio and Kathryn Erbe, will be back for the final stretch.
