The star of a cable reality show was arrested and placed in an Indiana jail for an alleged attack on the father of her child, reports TMZ.com.

Amber Portwood, the star of MTV’s “Teen Mom,” allegedly attacked Gary Shirley three times between August 2009 and July 2010, with some of the attacks reportedly captured on tape, the article notes.

Indiana’s Madison County Prosecutor’s Office has charged Portwood with two felony counts of domestic battery, one felony count of neglect of a dependent and one misdemeanor count of domestic battery, the story says.
