The CBS Sunday afternoon telecast of the AFC divisional playoff game, in which the New York Jets upset the New England Patriots 28-21, pulled in big ratings, the network reported.

The broadcast drew an average overnight household rating of 26.2 and a 44 share, the network announced, a 13% increase from last year’s 23.1/39 for the game between the Jets and San Diego Chargers.

Sunday’s game was the highest-rated AFC Sunday divisional playoff game in 16 years in metered markets, since Miami-San Diego got a 26.8/46 on Jan. 8, 1995.

It was also the highest-rated divisional playoff–AFC or NFC–on any network in 14 years, since Dallas-Carolina’s 28.5/49 on Fox on Jan. 5, 1997.
