Tim Kring, the creator of "Heroes," has received a pilot order for "Touch," another project with a supernatural bent, reports Deadline.com.
"Touch" focuses on a dad who finds out that his mute, autistic son can predict events, the story notes.
Kring wrote the project on spec and it marks his first pilot script since "Heroes," it adds.
The project was developed internally at Chernin Entertainment with Katherine Pope, its head of television, who has a close relationship with Kring after working with him on "Heroes" at NBC and UMS, the story says.
I can’t wait to see what he will do to run this one into the ground. Looking forward to hating it!
