A judge in Santa Monica, Calif., has issued a restraining order against a man who is accused of stalking Lindsay Lohan, ordering him to stay away from the actress for two years, ABC News reported.

David Cocordan has allegedly been showing up at her court appearances and leaving gifts for her at her house. He reportedly filed a statement agreeing to comply with the order.

Lohan told the court last month that she is afraid of the 38-year-old man and that she had received more than 100 text messages from him, including one that reportedly described having sex with Lohan.

Lohan is serving what is expected to be about 35 days under house arrest on a probation violation in connection with taking a necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store.
