Spike Picks Up Another Season of Series

Spike TV has picked up one of its shows for another season, B&C reports. The cable channel is ordering 13 episodes for a fourth season of “1000 Ways to Die.”

Season four will premiere in March 2012. Season three of the show, which re-creates the ways people can get themselves killed, is currently airing.

The show has been a ratings success for the channel, averaging about 1.6 million viewers in the current run.
