Fox’s “Glee” fell to a season low in the key 18-49 demo Tuesday, according to Nielsen overnights reported by TVbytheNumbers.com. NBC’s “The Biggest Loser,” meanwhile, continued its season-long ratings slide.

“Glee” was off 6% from a week ago, settling for a 2.9 average rating in adults 18-49. The two-hour “Biggest Loser” fell 12% to a 2.1.

CBS won the night with a 3.2 average rating in 18-49, topping Fox (2.9 average), ABC (2.3) and NBC (2.0). CBS also won total viewers with 15.4 million to 10.8 million for ABC, 6.5 million for Fox and 5.8 million for NBC.

Most shows were down or even compared with a week ago. Exceptions were Fox’s “Raising Hope,” up a tenth of a point to a 2.2 in the 18-49 demo, and ABC’s “Body of Proof,” which returned after a week off and climbed two-tenths from its last original episode to a 2.1.

CBS’s “NCIS” was the top show of the night with a 4.0 in 18-49, but that was down one-tenth from a week earlier. “NCIS: LA” hit a season low with a 3.3.

  1. It;s on NBC its going to fail!!

  2. Glee has seriously lost its way. No one wants their kids watching a story about teacher and students in love. It is especially awkward with the Penn State situation.
