ESPN has fired one of its on-air analysts after he was arrested Monday, according to The Hollywood Reporter. NHL analyst Matthew Barnaby, a former Buffalo Sabres player, was arrested for allegedly driving drunk, the story reports.

Barnaby was driving his Porsche Cayenne on the wrong side of the road and without a front tire, the story says. "We spoke to Matthew and informed him that we terminated his contract effective immediately," an ESPN representative said.

Barnaby, 38, might also be deported to his native country of Canada following the arrest in Clarence, N.Y., according to the Buffalo News.
