FamilyNet and ComStar Media are being sued by CBS Television Distribution, which alleges that the companies owned by "Hour of Power" minister Robert Schuller are airing series including "Happy Days" without paying licensing fees, reports TheWrap.com.

CBS is seeking $1.5 million, the piece notes. The lawsuit says that CBS and FamilyNet signed a licensing agreement in December 2008 to license shows including "Family Ties" and "Happy Days," the story says. The suit alleges that after Schuller’s ComStar Media bought FamilyNet, the payments stopped arriving.

FamilyNet didn’t respond to a request for comment, the story says.
