Fox Business Anchor Apologizes for Remark About ABC News

A Fox Business Network anchor has apologized for comments he made last week about ABC News, his previous employer, after saying he left "because it sucked there," reports TVNewser.com.

John Stossel’s original comments about ABC News came in an interview with the Heritage Foundation, which asked why he left the broadcast network, according to a separate TVNewser.com story.

"They were hostile to these ideas that made us prosperous and I consider so important. They tolerated me for years," Stossel said last week.

In his apology, Stossel said, "I worked 28 years at ABC News. Much of my ABC experience was very positive and I wish them well. I found a new home at Fox that welcomes my free market ideas.”
