Just two weeks after a New York Supreme Court judge threw out Howard Stern’s $300 million lawsuit against his employers at Sirius XM Radio, the shock jock has filed an appeal and is seeking a trial, reports the New York Post.

Stern is still on air and hasn’t been making remarks about his employers, as he has with past bosses with whom he had conflicts, the story says. The suit claims that Sirius XM shortchanged him on stock bonuses he was promised for signing up new customers for the radio service.
