Discovery’s documentary channel Investigation Discovery (ID) set a ratings mark this week with the premiere telecast of “The Woman Who Wasn’t There,” TVbytheNumbers.com reports.

The April 17 program notched highs for an “ID Films” telecast in total viewers (863,000), households (684,000), viewers 25-54 (423,000) and women 25-54 (305,000), according to figures released by the cable network.

The show helped ID place 12th in prime time that night among ad-supported cable nets in women 25-54, and 19th in viewers 25-54.

The film, directed by Angelo J. Guglielmo Jr. and produced by Meredith Vieira Productions and 4235 Productions, examines the case of Tania Head, who fabricated a story about being a 9/11 survivor. The program will be rebroadcast Friday on ID.
