A star of the hit MTV reality show "Jersey Shore" has checked out of a Utah rehab facility, reports TMZ.com. As previously reported, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino entered rehab for substance abuse last month.

Sorrentino said he wanted to get control of a prescription medication problem, which he blamed on exhaustion, the story notes. He had been receiving treatment at the Cirque Lodge in Utah.
