"Lie to Me" creator and executive producer Samuel Baum has signed a development deal with CBS TV Studios and sold a drama to CBS under the deal, reports Deadline.com.

The project, which is untitled, will focus on the surgeon general, who as "America’s Doctor" helps battle politics and business to keep Americans healthy, the story notes.

Baum’s "Lie to Me" ran on Fox for three seasons, from 2009-2011.
