ABC’s "Good Morning America" is on the verge of a ratings achievement that it hasn’t accomplished since 1995: winning the November sweeps period.

B&C reports that the show is on track to win both in total viewers — which it hasn’t done in 17 years — and in the key news demo of viewers 25-54, which “GMA” hasn’t done in more than 18 years.

With just three days left in the November sweeps, the ABC morning show is averaging 5.35 million total viewers and 2.03 million adults in the 25-54 demographic, higher than "Today’s” 4.89 million average in total viewers and 1.99 million adults in the demo, the story notes. CBS’s "This Morning" is in third place with 2.79 million total viewers and 1.07 million in the demo.
