An actor on CBS’s top-rated situation comedy "The Big Bang Theory" has been accused of failing to pay commissions to his former talent agency, reports Deadline.com.

An attorney for Kunal Nayyar, who plays Raj on the sitcom, responded to the report today. “We have not yet seen a copy of the lawsuit, but we believe our client has acted lawfully. We will respond with a full statement once we have received a copy of the filing,” said attorney Roger S. Haber, the actor’s representative.

The action, filed Nov. 14, claims that Nayyar owes Diverse Talent Group more than $100,000 in unpaid commissions. Nayyar was a client of the Diverse Group in 2007 when he was cast on the CBS show. He left Diverse in late 2010. A conference hearing is scheduled for April 3 to address the matter.
