The team behind the hit miniseries "Hatfields & McCoys" is working on another miniseries for the History channel, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed.
Leslie Greif, the producer of "Hatfields & McCoys" — which he pitched for years and years before he finally was able to sell it — will produce the new show, with the focus this time on the Texas Rangers in the 19th century.
Ted Mann — who wrote "Hatfields" — is on board to write the project, called "Texas Rising." The project will be a six-hour miniseries that looks at the formation of the Texas Rangers.
