NBC has ordered four more episodes of a freshman comedy, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker. The show is "Guys with Kids," which airs on Wednesday nights.

Created by Jimmy Fallon and Charlie Grandy, the series stars Anthony Anderson, Jesse Bradford, Zach Cregger, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Erinn Hayes and Tempestt Bledsoe.

The back order for the series will bring the total episode count for its first season to 17. The comedy about 30-something dads hasn’t won over the critics. Nevertheless, it grew from its lead-in, "Animal Practice," and since that show’s cancellation, "Guys with Kids" has held steady, the piece adds.
