Rich Ross has been on the job as CEO of Shine America for just over a month, and the company has parted ways with six executives in the past two weeks, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The moves are part of a corporate restructuring of Elisabeth Murdoch’s television production company, which Ross joined late last year after resigning from Disney, the story reports. Ross ran the feature film unit at Disney for more than two years.

The article doesn’t identify which executives have left.

Shine, which produces shows including "The Office" and "The Biggest Loser," plans to hire at least 18 new employees, the piece reports. The moves are part of the company’s strategy to expand its efforts in scripted television, as well as Spanish-language programming and more digital properties, the story adds.
