NBCUniversal has re-upped with a daytime veteran to do his talk show for another three years. B&C reports that the company signed a new deal with Maury Povich.

"Maury" is renewed on TV stations through the 2015-16 television season, the story notes. NBCUniversal declined to reveal the terms of any contracts, including those for "Jerry Springer" and "Steve Wilkos."

"Maury," starring Povich, 74, was the fifth-ranked talk show overall during the February sweeps, but was the highest-rated among women 18-34 and 18-49. Povich has hosted a version of the talk show since 1991.
