Charlie Sheen complained about Lindsay Lohan’s behavior during her taping for his FX show "Anger Management," but he indicated it wasn’t as bad as the impression created by tabloid reports, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Live Feed.

Sheen, who spoke about his experience with the actress on NBC’s "Tonight Show with Jay Leno," said it wasn’t true that Lohan showed up late — at least, "not on day one."

"Day one, she was fabulous. She was on time; she knew her lines, hit every mark, made us look off our game. … Then we had to deal with day two. It was as though she had us held hostage because she gave us half a show," Sheen said.

Lohan said her excuse was that she wasn’t feeling well. "We worked around it. She was late, what can I say? But she got to the shoot prepared with an excuse," he said.

Asked about rumors that some items went missing on the set, Sheen said, "She borrowed some stuff and was told she had to pay for it and they would take it out of her check, and she said fine. That’s all it was."
