The Emmy Awards have announced who will host the 2013 ceremony. EW.com’s Inside TV reports that the awards will be hosted by "How I Met Your Mother" star Neil Patrick Harris.

The gig will mark the actor’s second time hosting the awards ceremony.

It’s not the only major awards ceremony Harris will host this year, as he’s also emceeing the 67th Tony Awards on June 9. Both the Emmys and the Tonys air on CBS, which is also home to his comedy series.

"I couldn’t be more honored and excited to be hosting this year’s Emmy Awards,” Harris said in a release. “And what perfect timing — I’ll just do the exact same script I’m about to use for the Tonys. ‘And the Emmy for Best Revival of a Musical goes to “Breaking Bad!”’ See, told you it works.”

The Emmy Awards will air live on CBS on Sunday, Sept. 22.
