News Corp. Chief Financial Officer David DeVoe, who has held the job for the past 15 years, is stepping down, reports the Los Angeles Times.

DeVoe has been part of Rupert Murdoch’s inner circle for more than a quarter of a century, and is leaving after News Corp. splits into two publicly traded companies.

Joe Nallen, the deputy chief financial officer for News Corp., will become the CFO of 21st Century Fox, while Bedi Ajay Singh, recently the CFO of MGM Studios, will take on the top financial role at the new News Corp.

DeVoe will sit on the board of 21st Century Fox and will continue as an adviser to Murdoch, the story adds.
