An M. Night Shyamalan project in the works at the Fox Network has brought in an Oscar-, Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated actress. TheWrap.com reports that Juliette Lewis has been cast in "Wayward Pines."

Lewis will play Beverly, a local bartender, on the limited project, the story says. Her character is described as "warm and approachable," and a like-minded character to Matt Dillon’s Secret Service agent, the piece adds.

Dillon’s character arrives in the town of Wayward Pines, Idaho, in search of two missing federal agents. His investigation, however, only uncovers more questions, the story notes.

Lewis received a lot of recognition for her supporting work in the 1991 Martin Scorsese movie "Cape Fear," earning an Oscar nomination and a Golden Globe nomination for the part. She was also nominated for a Primetime Emmy in 2003 for HBO’s "Hysterical Blindness" and for a Daytime Emmy in 2002 for Showtime’s "My Louisiana Sky."
