AOL Video and Yahoo Video pulled ahead of MySpace in the race for unique visitors on video-sharing sites in June. They have been battling for third and fourth place.
Google-owned YouTube continues to dominate, with 51 million visitors in the month of June, up from 48 million in May, according to the most recent numbers from Nielsen//NetRatings.
Google Video came in second with nearly 18 million, up from 17 million in May, while AOL Video lured nearly 16 million unique visitors, up from 13 million the month before.
Yahoo Video pulled in more than 15 million in June, up from nearly 13 million in May.
Meanwhile, MySpace finished the month with 15 million unique visitors, compared to 14 million the month before. MySpace’s dip in the rankings occurs despite the success of Michael Eisner’s “Prom Queen.” That series ended its run last month and drew the bulk of its 15 million views from MySpace.
