Obama Backs Writers

Presidential hopeful Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., is standing strong on the side of the writers during the Writers Guild of America’s current strike.
“I stand with the writers,” the senator said in a statement. “The guild’s demand is a test of whether media corporations are going to give writers a fair share of the wealth their work creates or continue concentrating profits in the hands of their executives. I urge the producers to work with the writers so that everyone can get back to work.”
The writers went on strike today at 12:01 a.m.

  2. I love the way you write and also the theme on your blog. Did you code this yourself or was it done by a professional? I’m very very impressed.
