Time Warner Cable, Granite Make Broadcast Deal

Time Warner Cable and Granite Broadcasting have reached a retransmission agreement to continue providing broadcast programming in several New York state markets.
The deal includes the broadcast of ABC programming in Buffalo and CBS programming in Syracuse and Binghamton.
Additionally, Time Warner Cable will debut a digital feed of WBNG, providing Binghamton customers with HD CBS programming in high definition.
“This agreement will allow our subscribers to continue to see some of their favorite programming without interruption,” Andrew Rosenberg, VP of programming for Time Warner Cable, said in a statement.
