With Major League Baseball beginning its season this week, it’s worth looking back at last season to see which teams generated the biggest ratings. Red Sox Nation was following the Boston Red Sox as keenly as ever, bringing New England Sports Network an average 10.1 rating for each game it televised last year.
A list of the teams with the top local ratings follows, plus a list of the teams that showed the biggest gains, which is topped by Florida’s Tampa Bay Rays, last year’s American League Champions.
