Kenin's Sticking Around at Hallmark

Crown Media Holdings, which owns Hallmark Channel, said it extended the contract of David Kenin, executive VP, programming.

Mr. Kenin’s contract is now two years longer, expiring Dec. 31, 2009.

According to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the new contract also increases Mr. Kenin’s annual base salary to $825,000 for 2008 and $850,000 for 2009.

Hallmark Channel’s total viewership rose 14 percent during the first quarter of 2007.
