Online video service Veoh Networks introduced a trial version today of an Internet digital video recorder that lets consumers search for, watch and manage online video.
Called VeohTV, the service can access nearly all Internet video, the company said in a release. The new service lets consumers use a single interface to find and watch video from the Web sites of Fox, CBS and other broadcasters as well as major video sites such as YouTube and MySpace.
The service must be downloaded onto computers. Consumers can then browse by channel, search by keyword, or subscribe to favorite content. VeohTV also provides recommendations based on user preferences. The DVR function lets users download videos to watch later.

Ron Lester - why are you such a hater.... You can record onto VHS over the air broadcasts legally, so why is this not legit?

It is illegal in most cases to rebroadcast, retransmit, or redistribute programming without explicit written consent from whoever that have rights to them.
Recording TV programming on VHS is OK. Redistributing the VHS recorded programming is not OK. Charging money for such content is damn not OK.
