Reelz Ups Two to VP Slots

Cable and satellite television network ReelzChannel has promoted two of its executives to vice president positions.

Juli Biondi and Chris Pulis have been promoted to vice president of broadcast/localization and production operations, respectively. They have been employed in an executive capacity since joining the network at the same time in 2006.

Ms. Biondi joined ReelzChannel from “ESPN Hollywood,” and previously was a supervising producer for programs “SoapCenter,” “Winning Women,” and “ESPN Trivial Pursuit,” among others.

Mr. Pulis came to the network from Plastic Cow Productions, where he managed operations. Before that, he managed the technical operations center for the WB Network’s 100-plus station group.

“Chris and Juli have both made significant contributions to the successful launch and subsequent rapid growth of this network,” said Fred Poston, ReelzChannel’s senior vice president of operations, in a statement Wednesday. “Their diligence, strong skills and leadership abilities have made them valuable members of the ReelzChannel family and I am pleased to announce these well-deserved promotions.”
