Leary to Host ‘Fashion Rocks’

Denis Leary is set to host the fifth annual “Fashion Rocks,” a celebration of fashion and music produced by the Conde Nast Media Group. The show will air at 9 p.m. on Sept. 9 on CBS.

Among performers for this year’s concert are Chris Cornell, One Republic, Pussycat Dolls and Timbaland with Lynyrd Skynyrd. Proceeds from the event will go to Stand Up to Cancer, a charity organized by people in entertainment and media who have been affected by cancer.

Leary stars in FX’s “Rescue Me” and recently appeared in HBO’s “Recount,” for which he received an Emmy nomination.

“Fashion Rocks” will take place in New York’s Radio City Music Hall. Don Mischer and Richard Beckman are executive producers.
