ESPN will launch its promo campaign for “Monday Night Football” on Friday with two new spots designed to show that, no matter how bad Monday starts, there’s something to look forward to at the end of the day.
One of the new spots features MC Hammer—remember him?
The two ads are part of a six-spot campaign that will air throughout football season. ESPN’s ad agency, Wieden + Kennedy, created the ads.

What a waste of a promo spot. Monday Night Football ended when NBC took it over and moved it to Sunday night.

^Lousy Promo? More like Lousy User, since MNF is still MNF (ABC just moved it to their sister ESPN because ABC wanted to go away from it on Monday). NBC didnt move anything; they just took SNF when ESPN gave it up to take MNF.
That's beyond lousy and into idiotic.
