MySpace, TheWB.com Become 'Sorority' Siblings

MySpace inked a deal to carry TheWB.com's new digital series “Sorority Forever” on the world’s largest social network, the companies announced Sunday.

The show will run on its own custom site on MySpace TV starting Sept. 8. New episodes premiere at 9 a.m. PT each weekday. That’s the same time the episodes launch on TheWB.com, the new online video site from Warner Bros. Television Group. The show will be on those two sites exclusively before TheWB.com makes the show available to additional distribution partners.

The deal is significant because it suggests TheWB.com plans to be aggressive in pushing its new Web-only content out to Internet video viewers.
