Well since they are pushing back the new season till January, how about releasing seasons 4-7 on DVD? Why are we only able to get just through season 3 when the other Law and Order shows are on top of the seasons and have them available to buy????

I would really love to hear the reason as to why seasons 4-7 are not available for this particular show.

USA will not have 16 'new' episodes filmed by January. Q1 2009 could mean anytime from Jan 1 to Mar 31. I think the network owes LOCI fans a HUGE apology, for telling us for months the new season would start on November 7th, and then changing their minds with a little over a week to go.

Since first NBC, and now USA, seem to be deliberately trying to sabotage LOCI and it's ratings, it's hardly surprising they can't even be bothered to officially release Seasons 4 - 7.

Shame on them!

As a fan of the show in Canada I would have needed NBC to air the repeats, I expected them next year but now with USA delaying the season opener until 2009 God knows when NBC will see fit to put the repeats on, on behalf of all the fans up here and in the United States who need NBC, this is majorly disappointing news. I can only hope NBC with it's need for it's network to see improvement in it's ratings will air the repeats as soon as possible after they air on USA.

This is crap, it's not like USA has anything better to show us. Monk in 09, that's about it. I feel the cast should be upset also.

WHAT!? We have been waiting to see how Bobby is doing ALL THIS TIME and now we have to wait longer??? What the hell? D'onofrio is the absolute best on tv! Why would you make his fans wait?

It might be time to move on.to new shows other then CI. You wait for the new season and now it is postponed. I do not like to play games. I was only watching half the episodes (Goren/Eames) and now I guess I will move on and watch none..... Or since TV has very little that is any good..... Time to dust off my library card.
