Strike Cools Summer Originals at HBO

Fallout from the writers strike has forced HBO to delay some summer debuts until fall, MediaWeek reports. The season premiere of the channel’s “Entourage,” in its fifth year, has been reslated from June to fall. Filming delays caused by the strike will also bump “Big Love,” “Flight of the Conchords,” and the new Alan Ball vampire drama “True Blood” into the fourth quarter. In lieu of its usual Sunday night lineup of originals, HBO plans to run movies and an Iraq War-themed limited series called “Generation Kill,” originally set to premiere after summer programming.

  1. City of Melbourne is variety a single. The depth of their redesign was awesome, and its applications across all media is each fresh and practical. I am unsure if AOL meets exactly the same level of usefulness. Certain, it will be a step about the earlier layout, but just how much much more so? And to what stop? Properly, that is certainly my two cents. Peace.
