Sci Fi Channel has promoted Matthew Chiavelli to VP of broadband and mobile for the network, Daily Variety reports. In his new role, Chiavelli will work with the development team on the west coast on potential digital-to-TV pitches, in addition to continuing his work in developing Web content. The network also upped Marlon Jackson to Scifi.com’s vice president of production, the trade says.
