“The Sopranos” star James Gandolfini is seeking to block the videotaping of a deposition, the New York Post reports. Gandolfini will be answering questions about allegations from a Brooklyn resident who claims the actor slapped, punched and cursed at him at JFK Airport in Jan. 2008, the newspaper reports. Taping Gandolfini’s deposition “is intended solely to harass, annoy and prejudice defendant and violate his due-process rights,” the motion claims, according to the Post.
