ABC Shakes Up Wednesdays With Midseason Plans

ABC has scheduled Matthew Perry’s new comedy "Mr. Sunshine" and Elisha Cuthbert’s sitcom "Happy Endings" for midseason slots, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

"Mr. Sunshine" will replace for "Cougar Town"  on Wednesdays for nine weeks starting Feb. 9, with a "Modern Family" lead-in. "Cougar Town" returns April 13 and will run the rest of the season.

Also, after the last airing of the new drama "Off the Map" April 6, "Happy Endings" and a "fan favorite" episode of "Modern Family" will run in the 10 p.m hour.
