The News Gets Worse for Fox’s Ratings-Challenged ‘Running Wilde’

The cancellation of viewer-starved “Running Wilde” by Fox was already a done deal, but the network initially announced that it planned to air the remaining five episodes this month. Now that’s not going to happen, Entertainment Weekly reports.

Weeks after star Will Arnett tweeted that Fox had canceled the low-rated sitcom, Fox has yanked the program from the schedule and has no current plans to televise the remaining five shows–including the one-hour season finale. The network does continue to say it will eventually air–burn off– those unaired episodes, but it is not saying when that will happen.
