With six hosts on CBS’s daytime chat fest "The Talk," some of them may not be getting enough air time–and that’s apparently a factor in the decision by one of the hosts to leave the show, People magazine reports.
Marissa Jaret Winokur, who has seen her “mom on the street” segments scaled back, announced she won’t be returning to the show, the story says. She explained that she wants to focus on developing her own cable show and creating a clothing line that’s set to launch in 2011.
In a statement, Brad Bessey, executive producer of “The Talk,” said, "We think the world of Marissa as a creative talent, on-air personality and super mom. This is a mutual decision based on time, not talent."
