William Petersen, who left CBS’ "CSI" in January 2009, will return to the program to reprise the character Gil Grissom for one episode,reports EW.com’s Inside TV.
His return will involve Jorja Fox, who plays his wife, Sara, the story notes. It’s unclear when the episode will appear, the story says. When Petersen left the program, he and the show’s producers promised that he would return occasionally, the article says.
Let’s just hope they don’t do anything stupid like break the two up.

OK, never mind. EW says the appearance was already filmed, and the rumor sites have already revealed it will be this week’s episode; in fact CTV in Canada already leaked parts of the scene in a promo!
