Darren Star, who created the TV version of "Sex and the City," is developing a new project for HBO called "The Viagra Diaries," reports Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com.

According to the story, "In what would be her first acting gig in a decade, Oscar winner Goldie Hawn has come on board to star in the half-hour comedy." The project is based on the book of the same name by Barbara Rose Brooker, the story says.

Writes Andreeva, "Star is writing the script and is executive producing the project with Hawn, Aaron Kaplan and Wendy, Peter and Alan Riche. It centers on a woman (Hawn) who, after her husband has a ‘mid-life crisis’ at 65 and leaves her, struggles with being single for the first time in 35 years."
