CNN talk show host and NBC talent show judge Piers Morgan has been carrying a double workload for almost a year now, and he has had enough.
Saying "juggling’s harder than it looks," Morgan announced he will quit the NBC talent show "America’s Got Talent," The New York Times’ Media Decoder blog reports.
Morgan has worked on the talent show for six seasons, while his CNN show, "Piers Morgan Tonight," has been on-air for almost a year. Over the summer, he frequently taped his CNN show in advance so that he could also put in his duties with the talent show, the story notes.
“I am going to focus on what will be a huge year at CNN,” Morgan said on his interview show.
