TV Land announced that it has named a new VP of Development and Original Programming, reports Deadline.com. Rose Catherine Pinkney will be overseeing the network’s existing original programs and work on the development of new series.

Pinklney will work with VP Brad Gallagher in the Los Angeles office, reporting to Keith Cox, EVP of Development and Original Programming.

In a statement, Cox said, “It is rare to find someone who has a wealth of experience with multicamera sitcoms, a format our audience knows and loves. Rose Catherine is a creative force who is well-respected by many of the writers that we are in business with, as well as the community at large.”

Pinkney previously worked in the comedy division of Paramount Network TV for almost 10 years. She was also the EVP of Programming and Production for TV One.
