Producer and director Jake Kasdan is moving into animation, selling his first animated project to Fox along with writer-producer Lew Morton, reports Deadline.com.
The project is called "Wentworth Hall," and is based on an idea by Morton, who will write the script. The show tracks misfit college students who attend a once top-notch university.
Morton is a former "Futurama" writer and producer who recently co-created the CBS comedy "Rob."
The sale is Kasdan’s third this development season, after deals at ABC and NBC.
